LEARN – EXPERIENCE – CHALLENGE
Learn outdoor skills and build your confidence while challenging yourself on some great adventure sports!
We use recognised techniques from wilderness education, adventure sports training and yoga to improve health, build strength and self-confidence to achieve your dreams.
We spend the entire program in the outdoors, camping in tents, learning about outdoor cooking and challenging ourselves in multiple adventure sport.
From rafting to kayaking, canyoneering and hiking, and will help you develop both technical and soft skills.
Early morning rise and regular yoga and meditation practices have a positive connection to our abilities to make good decisions and teaches us discipline and stamina in the face of life's many difficulties.
Working with the local community to protect and restore our precious environment is a big part of the program. You will learn how much potential you have to make a positive impact and ignore change in the world around you.
Mornings start early with running, physical fitness and yoga sessions already before breakfast. The best way to start the day, the exercise build strength and release endorphins making you feel great!
Your day continues with a full-on program where you learn a variety of outdoor skills, improve your physical fitness and build mental strength.
In the evenings we do meditation, a practice the improves skills like focus and clarity important to build mental strength.

As you continue to improve your skills and train, each day focusing on a different theme. There are personal and team challenges, with increasing difficulty, for to achieve. Each of these goals are out in place for you to develop your skills, build strength of body and mind, and become confident and capable to set and reach your own goals for the future.

SEASON: School holidays.
NO OF PARTICIPANTS: Group joining or private trips.
PRICE: 450 USD / person.
Full board incl. filtered water and complimentary tea & coffee.
Tented accommodation & shared WC facilities.
Activities: Rafting, Canyoneering, Swimming session incl. technical equipment, guides and safety team.
INSTRUCTORS / GUIDES: Our guides and instructors have many years of experience on Himalayan rivers and are IRGT - , WRT -, BC - and First Aid certified.
WHAT TO BRING:
Personal toiletries, incl. towel, sunscreen & mosquito repellant. Please use eco friendly, biodegradable products.
Sports cloths and shoes for activities. Please use quick dry pants/shorts and t-shirt, avoid cotton. Sandals or sneakers that sits tight on your feet.
Refillable water bottle.
Personal medication if applicable.
Hat, sunglasses, flashlight and change of cloths.
