Puskar Kadel
My transformative journey from student to Expedition Leader at Royal Beach Camp began when I first arrived with no background in adventure or water sports. I was simply eager to learn.
I grew through continuous training, hands-on experience, and the guidance of dedicated mentors. The rivers became my classroom, the camp my second home, and the team my family. I learned how to paddle, guide, lead, and communicate, and most importantly, how to work together with respect for nature and people.
I am deeply grateful to all my teachers and the caring Royal Beach Camp team who believed in me, supported me, and trusted me with responsibility.

April Chepang
I grew up in the marginalized Chepang community, where opportunities were limited. My journey into outdoor and adventure programs began with curiosity, determination, and the hope for a better future. I learned not only new skills but also discovered a new identity. It gave me confidence, discipline, leadership abilities, and a global career pathway that I had never imagined possible.
I am deeply grateful to the Royal Beach Camp team, and especially to my mentor, Ram Sir, for their guidance, support, and belief in me, which have truly transformed my life
