Mindful Adventure Camp

HEALTH - NATURE - EXPERIENCE
Be fully in the moment, try adventure activities, reconnect with nature and practice a healthier lifestyle.
Arrival to RBC between 13:00 - 14:00. After an introduction brief and admin, we give you a camp tour. We start our first session by learning how to set up your own tent. Afterwards we change into swimming cloths and we start the program with a swimming session in the pool. We slowly build your confidence and practice mindfulness in the water.
Tea & coffee is served and we take you on a tour to the beach to learn about the rockformations and ancient stories of the Trisuli river. After dinner we light a campfire by the beach do some simple relaxation practices. Fall asleep to the sounds of the river.
Wake up for a hot tea or coffee and join us for stretching and simple meditation on the beach. Breakfast is served at the café and after changing we prepare to go rafting. We travel to the put in, have a safety brief and set out on the river, paddling some fun waves and learning how much stronger we really are if we work as a team.
We arrive back in time for lunch. In the afternoon you will be introduced to canyoneering at the camp, building up your confidence for tomorrow's waterfall.
Tea and coffee break before its time to play some volleyball. After dinner we go back down to the beach, learn about the stars and share stories by the campfire. Relax and have a good nights sleep.
After another beautiful morning stretching and breakfast, we prepare and set out towards the canyon. We use our own beautiful waterfalls and the walk there winds through fields, small trails up the hills and into the jungle. We abseil with rope and harness on the bigger waterfalls and have fun slides down the smaller once - being completely in the moment and the sense of freedom that gives.
We return to the camp in time for lunch. Have some time to refresh and pack your things before we say goodbye.

Full board incl. filtered water and complimentary tea & coffee.
Tented accommodation & shared WC facilities.
Activities: Mindfulness Excersises, Workshops, Canyoneering, Swimming session incl. technical equipment, guides and safety team.
INSTRUCTORS / GUIDES: Our guides and instructors have many years of experience on Himalayan rivers and are IRGT - , WRT -, BC - and First Aid certified.
WHAT TO BRING:
Personal toiletries, incl. towel, sunscreen & mosquito repellant. Please use eco friendly, biodegradable products.
Sports cloths and shoes for activities. Please use quick dry pants/shorts and t-shirt, avoid cotton. Sandals or sneakers that sits tight on your feet.
Refillable water bottle.
Personal medication if applicable.
Hat, sunglasses, flashlight and change of cloths.
