Youth Camp  
2 days / 1 night


Gain outdoor skills, become a confident swimmer, paddle like a team and get an introduction to the sport of canyoneering. 

DAY 1: 
Arrival to RBC between 09:00-10:00. After an introduction brief and admin, we give you a camp tour. Afterwards we change into swimming cloths and we start the program with a swimming session in the pool. We do some excersise building your water confidence and having fun. 

Lunch and prepare to go rafting. We travel to the put in, have a safety brief and set out on the river to paddle some fun class III water!

Tea & coffee is served and we take you on a tour on the beach to learn about the ancient rocks and stories of the Trisuli river. After dinner we light a campfire by the beach to play some games. 


DAY 2:
Wake up for a hot tea or coffee join us for stretching and simple meditation on the beach. Breakfast is served at the café and after changing we prepare and set out towards the canyon. We use our own beautiful waterfalls for canyoneering and the walk there on small trails up the hills and into the jungle. We swim in the natural pools and abseil with rope and harness down the waterfalls. A real thrill and cool adventure – hang on a vertical cliff with water splashing on your head!

We return to the camp in time for lunch. You get some time to refresh and pack up our things before departure. 


SEASON: All year round.

INSTRUCTORS / GUIDES: Our guides and instructors have many years of experience on Himalayan rivers and are IRGT - , WRT -,  BC - and First Aid certified.


  • Personal toiletries, incl. towel, sunscreen & mosquito repellant. Please use eco friendly, biodegradable products.

  • Sports cloths and shoes for activities. Please use quick dry pants/shorts and t-shirt, avoid cotton. Sandals or sneakers that sits tight on your feet.

  • Refillable water bottle.

  • Personal medication if applicable.

  • Hat, sunglasses, flashlight and change of cloths.
