|
| DAY 1: |
We start early to avoid trafficjams getting out of the city. We have a three hours drive to The Royal Beach Camp – our eco adventure camp on the Trisuli River.
The group is devided into five smaller groups that will take on
the teambuilding challenges! We have five different stations, with
a 45-minute session each. Every group gets to do the activities
at all stations. The five activities; “Team effort”,
“ The pyramid”, “The spider net”, “Achieve
the goal” and “Blind fold” – all with different
focus on training communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
After going through with the different activities we then have an
evaluation session. Together with the instructors who has observed
the groups working together we then discuss what we have learned.
Who in the group took on different rolls? How did they manage? What
is good leadership, and bad? What did the group do right and what
could have been done better? What was lacking for success or what
made the success?
Enjoy the Royal Beach Camp at night. We have a candle light dinner,
music and dancing, and gather around the campfire. After dinner
we do a little talent show – each team perform their own piece!
We stay the night in the "Million Star Hote"l, in tented
accommodation at the beach camp.
|
| DAY 2: |
Wake up call and morning tea / coffee. Power yoga on the white sandy beach and a dip in the mighty Trisuli River. Breakfast and packing of our tents and camping gear. Time for evaluation!
