The Royal Beach Camp provides a
perfect location for beginners and intermediate paddlers
to learn and develop their skills. We paddle the Trisuli
river, but also, within a 2 hour drive we reach three
more top rivers, the Marsyangdi, Seti and Budi Gandaki.
Our courses are taught by professional instructors with
many years experience. The instructors are SRT- KRT-
and BCU-certified and have thorough river rescue and
first aid qualifications. Our courses are professionally
run and no time is wasted, you will learn your new skills
thouroghly! |

Himalayan Rush - the best of
Nepal kayaking in 2 weeks!
On this two week trip we run five of Himalayas rivers;
Trisuli, Seti, Modi Khola, Madi Khola and Marsyangdi.
We camp on the riverbanks and stay in teahouses and
hotels. We travel on private transportation between
the different take-outs and put-ins, making the most
out of our time. To join you should need a solid roll,
be a confident Class III paddler and willing to push
your limit!

Kali Gandaki River Journey
This is a trip designed for the beginner in white water
kayak, you develop your paddling skills as you experience
the Himalayas from your kayak, travel 140 km on the
holiest river of the country, and visit remote villages

Sun Koshi - Top 10 of the world's
river jorneys
A 10-day adventure on one of the worlds great rivers.
We start close to the Tibetan border and paddle 280
km through class II - IV white water to the take out
close to the Indian border. The trip is raft supported
and non kayakers are welcome to come on the raft.

Monsoon Experience - The trip

Challenge Nepal's big monsoon waters and non-commercial
creeks!
This is a nine days white water challenge for the experienced
paddler. To participate you should be a confident boater
on Class III+ waters and have a solid roll.

Ram Silwal, running the Royal Beach
Camp, is the only man so far to have paddled all the
seven rivers draining from The Everest region. He was
the first Nepali to paddle Dudh Koshi in 2000. He has
paddled the Nepali rivers and rivers around the world
for more then 15 years, leading expeditions for among
others the British army in two continents and participating
in film making for channels like Outdoor Life Network
and National Geographic Channel.
We have a thourogh experience of organizing kayaking
trips and expeditions and are happy to help you organize
your custom made kayaking trip to Nepal. From multirivertrips
for intermediate kayakers to advanced expeditions all
the way up to Dudh Koshi, the river of Everest. We help
groups and individuals with planning, logistics, gear
and local guides, depending on your needs. We can also
provide you a base camp for your expedition at Royal
Beach Camp.

::: ADVANCED EXPEDITION KAYAKING

Dudh Koshi (class IV - IV+)
The drain of Mt. Everest offers a true challenge for
the expedition paddelers. The trip is a self-supported
two week adrenalin boost down the steepest river on
earth. We fly into Lukla and trek up to Nam Che Bazar
where we have a fantastic wiev of Everest before we
proceed to our put-in at 2500 meters above sealevel.
We enjoy great class IV white water and a genuin expedition
adventure. Season: November - April / May. Organized
on request for groups. |
Arun Gorge (class IV - V)
Arun drains from Mt. Makalu, the fifth highest mountain
in the world and the Arun gorge is the deepest gorge
in Nepal. We start our two weeks trip by flying into
Tumlingtar and trek for four days to reach our put-in
at Num bridge. We then paddle through the amazing gorge
offering challenging class IV - V white water for professional
expedition paddlers. Season: March-April. Organized
on request for groups. |
